OnSuite Project Services consists of two components that give you the complete solution to project management.
OnSuite Project Manager enables project managers to plan their projects, assign project roles, identify and assign actions and produce project reports. Risks can be identified and managed. Completed plans and reports can be made available to all staff to ensure good practice and experience is shared. Project GANTT charts showing key activities can be maintained. Access to project records and reports is controlled by three roles- project managers, team members and project office.
OnSuite Action Manager enables staff to keep records of their contacts and activities online. Details of companies and individual contacts can be maintained, actions recorded and tracked to closure. Reports analysing action status are provided.
As hosted, on demand solutions you have no software to install or manage - we manage the servers, the security, the backups and the upgrades for you. All you need is web access to use the solutions anywhere, anytime - ideal for home office workers and satellite offices as well as your main office locations.
