    OnSuite Care Services consists of two components that give you the complete solution to your administration requirements.

    OnSuite Care Manager enables records of your clients to be maintained online. Records include contact information, accidents, commission records, contracts, risks, care provision, personal care, meetings and letters. Reports analysing your activities and clients are provided. OnSuite Care was developed for and is used extensively by one of Scotland's largest care providers.

    OnSuite Care Cost Manager provides staff with an online time recording and expenses processing system. It has a built-in approval cycle for managers. Administration staff can then process approved expenses. A variety of reports analysing time and expenses are provided. OnSuite Care Cost includes rota management with rota entries easily converted to timesheet entries once a task is completed. Budget monitoring and commissioning body invoicing preparation are also included.

    As hosted, on demand solutions you have no software to install or manage - we manage the servers, the security, the backups and the upgrades for you. All you need is web access to use the solutions anywhere, anytime - ideal for home workers and distributed locations as well as your main office locations.
